Important information: Unfortunately, we no longer deliver in the Netherlands and new rentals are no longer possible. 
However, ongoing bookings will be fulfilled.

At BURDDY, we wanted to adapt to the sanitary measures put in place in March and allow all our customers to celebrate in the best possible conditions.

Thus, we offer a free and unlimited postponement of your events, whether it is for this year or later. In the event that the initial event is cancelled and not postponed, you can keep your reservation for another occasion (birthday, party with friends, family party…).

These postponements have a significant impact, particularly on logistics, and sometimes force us to adapt in an emergency. Therefore we ask you to inform us at least 10 days before your rental date, so that we can organize ourselves as well as possible.

A postponement made less than 10 days before your rental date will result in a fee of 99€.

These measures are also valid for new bookings. Should your event be postponed or cancelled, your rental is not lost and you will be able to take advantage of it as soon as the situation allows it, on a date of your choice.

We do our utmost to satisfy you and to postpone the events of customers who wish to do so to the desired date. Please note, however, that some dates can be completed faster than others (during wedding season for example). You will then have to choose another date to reschedule.

How to proceed?

>> Your event is postponed or cancelled and you know your postponement date.

Contact our support by email or phone to let us know your rescheduling date. This request must be sent at least 10 days before your event.

We will then modify your reservation to the desired date (if possible).

>> Your event is postponed or cancelled but you don't know your postponement date yet.

Contact our support by email or phone to let us know your rescheduling date. This request must be sent at least 10 days before your event.

We will then modify your reservation to a fictitious date to put it on hold.

Once you have the new date, come back to us and we will make the change (if possible too).
